By accessing or using savetrainer.com (the “Site”) or subscribing to SaveTrainer (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using SaveTrainer, you represent that you are 18 or older. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that person to these Terms.
3. Subscription & Access
SaveTrainer is a subscription-based service. Access to member content is granted only during an active, paid subscription. Save Institute, LLC reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, and features at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you selected) unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy below for details.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on savetrainer.com — including but not limited to workout videos, exercise programs, written guides, images, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of Save Institute, LLC or its content licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may access content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content without the prior written consent of Save Institute, LLC.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party
- Download, screen-record, or redistribute any membership content
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its servers
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service in any way that may harm minors
6. Termination
Save Institute, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Service, other users, or the company, with or without notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SAVE INSTITUTE, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAVE INSTITUTE, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE [12] MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
9. Governing Law
