1. Cancellation
You may cancel your SaveTrainer subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription, or contact our support team at su*****@*********er.com.
2. Refunds: Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be refunded within [7] days of the initial purchase or any renewal charge, provided you have not accessed more than [2] workouts or video sessions during that billing period. After [7] days or material use of content, monthly charges are non-refundable.
3. Refunds: Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within [30] days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. After [30] days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription after the refund period, you will retain access through the end of the annual term.
4. Free Trials
If you signed up with a free trial, your trial period begins on the date of account creation. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged. Charges applied after a trial ends are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at su*****@*********er.com with your name, email address, and order number within the applicable refund window. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within [5–10] business days.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria. Accounts that violate our Terms of Use are not eligible for refunds.
