"I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s three years ago, and I also have Osteoporosis. I take a small dosage of a drug for the PD, but my neurologist told me that exercise and diet is THE main medication. I hike/walk everyday for 2 miles, and use the online SaveTrainer program exercises for balance and strength. Keeping active definitely makes a difference in overall wellbeing. I try to always be conscious of the acidity content in choosing food, but fall short much of the time. The main thing is to keep trying…diet and exercise are the keys to overall good health."

"Hello, my name is Virginia. I live in Spain.

Eleven years ago, I was taking medication for osteoporosis and I broke a bone in my foot from a very silly, very slight blow. It seemed to me that that was not very logical.

So, looking through the internet, I found Save Our Bones and I started changing my diet. Then I started doing the exercises. I find that they help keep my muscles stronger and, of course, my bones.

I have even had a couple of tumbles from losing my balance or stepping in an uneven place. I even fell off a horse once, and no bones were broken in spite of the black and blue spots.

What I like about Save Our Bones is that you can combine all different kinds of exercises. You can decide what part of your body you want to exercise, for how long, and at what level — whether intermediate, low, or high. You can even choose your trainer or allow them to design a program for you.

I prefer to say, “Today I’m going to exercise my legs for fifteen minutes and then my wrists for another ten minutes,” or whatever I feel like. So I find it very, very versatile.

It also helped me a lot during the lockdown when we were isolated from everyone. I really find it a very good program."

"Hey everyone, my name is Renee, and I am so excited to have discovered the Save Trainer exercise videos.

I love everything about them. I love that you can choose the class that you want, and it lets you know what body parts you’ll be working on—whether it’s a whole-body workout or certain body parts that are targeted.

I also love that they let you know what type of workout it will be—whether it’s focusing on bone strengthening, balance and coordination, flexibility, or stretching. There are about nine different choices for the type of workout.

But my most favorite thing about the videos is this: I love that I can choose to do a class that is seven minutes long or fifteen minutes long. I also have the option to do a thirty-minute class or a forty-five-minute class.

What really makes me excited is that now I have no excuse not to work on my physical health. I have osteoporosis, and it’s very important that I work on bone strengthening on a regular basis throughout the week. Because there are classes that are seven or fifteen minutes long, I can easily incorporate them into my day several times a week.

I am so excited about that! In fact, I’m just loving these classes so much that I want to tell other people about them. This is a great resource to work on your physical health, and I hope you’ll try out these videos at SaveTrainer.com.

"I have followed Vivian's email messages for about 10 years. They led me down the right path when I was diagnosed with osteopenia. My dexa scans have stabilized with proper nutrition and exercise. My first purchase was Bone Appetit which has 200 recipes easy to read and use. All are very tasty. Vivian's emails are outstanding and to the point. Often she sends exercises with explanations. Several years ago I joined her Save Trainer program. You can try it for free. The instructors are knowledgable and give good explanations. "Because of the COVID situation a few years ago, I was not comfortable going to the gym. Missed the people and the exercise but I had SaveTrainer and though I was alone doing my exercises, I liked it. But more importantly I believe it has prevented me from having serious falls. I have tiny feet and getting on in years I tend to be more prone to tripping over things. I walk my dog daily in the morning and afternoon and that has also helped me keep fit.
