    I had PRP and synovial fluid injection 6 months ago, now I felt my left knee aches whenever I walk, it seemed that there’s an inflammation on my left knee since the left knee is bigger than the right one. I do bone strengthening exercises 3x a week but the pain still there. I hope you can help me . My doctor said I have osteoarthritis, have low bone density.

    Hello MS Vivian Maybe you are doing this just for me…haha. I just turned 80 and I recently had my annual checkup and my Scan shows I have not been exercising as I should, so Maybe this will help me get my hips in better shape…I have been with you since you started and I thank you and give you credit for my body health, I take no medicine, except a 90 mg of a natural medicine for my thyroid.     Thats what Im looking for I need help with getting my bones strong.My doctor diagnose me with Osteoporosis. I have gone thur alot. I have two steel rods in both my legs due to taking the medication Boniva for 14 years. My doctor didn’t take me off. of the medication. So both my Femurs broke in half. I don’t trust any doctor. Now I Have to take shots in my stomach everyday for 2 yrs. the medication is Forteo which Im not to happy about but I have no choice until I find something that will help. Im reaching out for help.

    Safety first. I have now fractured my spine on two separate occasions – once when I was doing a floor exercise and recently with a yoga shoulder stand when I lost my balance and fell out of it onto a futon. That fractured L12 I think.

    It took the hospital two months actually to diagnose my problem.

    I have spent the last four months trying to heal and now have managed to be mostly out of pain.

    I would dearly love to have a safe exercise programme but I’m about to be 92.

    Sounds too complicated. We do Classical Stretch free on PBS and Yoga for Osteoporosis free on YouTube, both science based, and increased our bone density 7% in a short time. A new workout every day – huuuuz? No. I can do the two above in my sleep and dont need more to confuse me. If you were serious about helping people you would offer a handful of workouts that improve bones, muscles, and balance FOR FREE.

    That exercise program will be a wonderful help to stay motivated and healthy. It is hard, as we get older to get excited about exercise when you have to bundle up, put on your snow boots, scrape the ice from you windshield and head to an exercise class. If you don’t, every spring you are starting all over again. This will keep us moving all year round. That will be awesome. Thank you for setting up that program.

    I am excited by this resource but so sad that in this day and age just about every single participant I see in this introductory video is white. Are European-Americans like me the only ones with bone density issues? If this is true, could this be said somewhere at the start so the exclusion is explained? How could I share this resource with friends who won’t see themselves in the intro materials except for once or twice? thanks for considering these questions. and thanks again for this great resource.

      Both Europeans and Asians, especially women, are the most subject to bone loss and are represented in the video trailer.

    Thanks a lot. This will be of great help. I have a saver for last 5 years and good news in my femural bone density T score increased from -1.7 to -1.0 Normal !!!!!! hurray. However my lumbar BMD dropped from -1.7 to -2.3 I really need help how can i improve my spinal bone density.

    I will be interested to learn whether this program will REALLY be suitable for an 82 year old woman who has several orthopedic problems (a hip replacement precipitated by a fall and hip fracture, a fused left elbow, a fused left ankle). Most exercise programs, including Densersize, are too difficult for me.
